– Contribution history

– Payment information

Where do we get your information from
We collect your information from you , and we only collect data that you personally provide to us.
 
Purpose of the collection and processing
We collect and process the personal data for the purpose of:
 

1. To be able to handle your contribution (the following general personal data is processed for this purpose: name, address, e-mail, telephone number, CPR number, payment information)
    
2. That we can contact you at a later date in order to raise funds for our organization, which aims to help the sick and weak in society. (the following general personal information is processed for this purpose: name, address, e-mail, telephone number, contribution history, type of contribution)
    
3. To provide more contributors 

Sharing of your information
We pass on personal information to SKAT so that you can receive a tax deduction, unless you ask us not to do so. In addition, we pass on personal information to Nets in connection with the creation of payment service agreements.
 
The legal basis for the processing of your information
Our basis for the collection and processing of your personal data for the various purposes is the following:
 
1. To be able to handle your contribution
In relation to your contribution, our basis for the processing of your information is our agreement with you that you make a contribution to us (Article 6 (1) (b) of the Data Protection Regulation). We process and pass on your name and CPR number on the basis of law (the Tax Reporting Act, cf. Article 9 (2) (f) of the Data Protection Regulation, cf. section 7 (1) of the Data Protection Act, cf. section 11 (1) of the Data Protection Act). No. 4).
 
In relation to the disclosure of your personal information (name, CPR number and payment information) in connection with the establishment of payment service agreements to Nets, we disclose your information on the basis of your consent (Article 9 (2) (a) of the Data Protection Regulation, cf. the Data Protection Act § 11 (2) (2) and Article 6 (1) (a) of the Data Protection Regulation
 
2. That we can contact you at a later date in order to raise funds for our organization, which aims to support the sick and weak in society
Our basis for processing the information is our legitimate interest in being able to contact you again for to raise funds (Article 6 (1) (f) of the Data Protection Regulation).
 
Acquiring more contributors and getting you back to us
Our basis for processing the information is our legitimate interest in being able to provide more contributors to the organization (Article 6 (1) (f) of the Data Protection Regulation).
 
Duration of processing of your information
We store your payment information for 5 years from the time of payment for the sake of the Accounting Act (Article 6 (1) (c) of the Data Protection Regulation).
 
We store other information for 2 years after your last inquiry. We do this on the basis of the Collection Act, as we consider you to have a special affiliation with the association, which is why we have a legitimate interest in preserving the information.
